Overall
8.77/10
Ride
8.8/10
One of the most enjoyable rides in this list across all paces. A smooth, lightweight and stable-neutral ride that handles easy and faster running well, although it lacks the explosive bounce and snap of the Evo SL.
Design & Comfort
8.5/10
Lightweight, secure and well-built with excellent comfort and lockdown. The upper feels premium and provides a comfortable fit for both easy runs and faster efforts.
Value
9.0/10
The plush PEBA supercritical midsole and world-class PUMA grip make this a high value proposition.
My verdict
A lighter, more direct and agile shoe that keeps you closer to the ground. Works well for both easy runs and faster efforts.

How it was tested
Pros
- Enjoyable ride at all paces
- Lightweight and stable-neutral
- Premium upper and lockdown
- Excellent grip
Cons
- Lacks the bounce and snap of the Evo SL
⚠ Avoid if
You want the Evo SL's top-end speed. It is very close at faster paces, but not quite the same level.
