Run With Bala (runwithbala.com) is run by Balaji Manoharan. This page explains what personal data the site collects, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you type it into a sign-up box and tick the consent box.
- Where you signed up (shoe finder, price-drop alert or sale alerts), your language, and for price alerts the shoe and the price you chose.
- No accounts, no passwords, no payment details. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why
Only to email you what you asked for: your shoe matches, price-drop alerts, and sale alerts (usually 2–4 emails a month). We never sell, rent or share your email with brands or anyone else.
Where it is stored
On our database provider (Supabase) and, when we send emails, our email service. Both act only on our instructions. We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe with the link in every email, at any time.
- Access, correct or delete your data: email hello@runwithbala.com and we will act within 7 days.
- Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and does not affect anything else on the site.
Affiliate links
Some shop links earn a small commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. Shops may use their own cookies when you click through; their privacy policies apply there. Commissions never decide a rating.
