कुछ दुकान लिंक से मुझे थोड़ा कमीशन मिलता है, आपको कोई अतिरिक्त खर्च नहीं। इससे कोई रेटिंग तय नहीं होती।

मेरा फ़ैसला

This is the worst shoe I have run in recently. It gives neither impact protection nor energy return, so I will not recommend it for running, only for walking or casual wear.

खूबियाँ

  • Light, breathable upper
  • Wide forefoot
  • Thick, grippy outsole
  • Good build quality
  • Stylish, modern look for casual wear

कमियाँ

  • No impact protection
  • No energy return or softness
  • Knee and leg pain after a 13 km run
  • Confusing, contradictory foam specs
  • Insole technology made no difference

न लें अगर

Avoid it if you plan to run more than 2 to 3 km a day.

स्कोर

राइड

4.0/10

The foam gave neither impact protection nor energy return, and my legs hurt everywhere after 13 to 14 km.

डिज़ाइन और आराम

7.0/10

The upper is light and breathable with a wide forefoot and good build, but that cannot save the ride.

At ₹1,350 it is a complete waste of money for running, while ₹200 to ₹500 more buys a shoe that protects your legs.

पूरा रिव्यू

I bought the Abros Scorch for ₹1,350 on Flipkart because many people recommended it, and took it on a 13 to 14 km long run. Afterwards my legs hurt everywhere. My knees hurt during the run. It felt like running on the bare ground. The specs online are confusing. Myntra says the midsole is Phylon, Flipkart says ETPU, and the brand's website says basic EVA. To me it is not even EVA. It is a worse formulation, and it feels like thermocol. Budget shoes usually give you either soft foam or some energy return. This gives neither. It is flat. The Cushion Lite 2.0 insole did nothing for me. On paper it had everything I look for. The upper is light and breathable, and I had no breathability issues. The forefoot is wide, there is an aggressive rocker, and the outsole is thick and grippy. Build quality is good and it looks stylish and modern. For running at ₹1,300, I will never recommend it. If you only walk or jog 2 to 3 km a day, or want a fashionable shoe for college, it is fine. Spend ₹200 more on a Decathlon JogFlow 100, or a bit more on an ASICS Jolt 5 or a JogFlow 190, and protect your legs. Those may not look as stylish, but they will not hurt you.
