| Pros | Soft and responsive · Most relaxed, non-intrusive support system (Guide Your Ride) · Widest toe box among my support shoes (75.3 mm) | One of the most protective max-cushion shoes · Rocker eased my plantar fasciitis · Great for flat feet |
| Cons | Moderate support may not work for everyone · Less PEBA and more EVA kills the fun ride after 15 km | Heavier · Not responsive · Runs half a size small |
| Avoid if | Avoid it if you need strong support, because the support is moderate, or want the ride to stay fun past 15 km. | Avoid it if you want a light or responsive shoe. It is heavy, and it runs half a size small. |
My verdicts
adidas
Supernova Solution 3
My first choice for beginners and moderate pronators if price is not a problem. Soft and responsive, with the most relaxed, non-intrusive support system I have tried (Guide Your Ride) and the widest toe box among my support shoes.
Avoid if: Avoid it if you need strong support, because the support is moderate, or want the ride to stay fun past 15 km.

Its rocker did the bending for me, which really helped my plantar fasciitis in the early days. One of the most protective cushioned shoes for plantar fasciitis, flat feet and other foot issues. Look for it at ₹12,000–13,000.
Avoid if: Avoid it if you want a light or responsive shoe. It is heavy, and it runs half a size small.
